Menachem Gueffen, born, haifa, israel, studied at Betzalel Art School, Jerusalem then Ecole des Beaux Arts, Paris. Since, lived and worked primarily in Europe. Universe is figurative -expressionist. Works predominantly of women. Mostly oil on canvas and latterly collages of oil and sack on jute. Works in collections worldwide, notably USA, UK, Israel, Italy, France – many one man shows.
